Cleaning
Clean Cut Melbourne staff have certified technicians who are trained to deliver cleaning and services of a professional standard.
Should any of the following occur Clean Cut Melbourne will not accept responsibility or liability for:
- Any pre-existing damage, stains, faults or defects of the above mentioned
- Unable to remove all stains, odours and contaminants
- Shrinkage and /or buckling, separation of primary and secondary backing of rugs or carpets
- Failure to remove all trafficking transfer, commonly occurring on heavily walked on areas or filtration marks which is a light grey build-up of moisture and soils at the fringes of carpet and where is meets the wall.
- Shadowing or stains remaining in the grout joints or tiles etc, discolouration, efflorescence, loose tiles or dislodgement of grout
Specialised Spot and Stain Removal will be carried out at the customer’s request. Whilst every attempt will be made to remove spots and stains from the carpet or upholstery during the normal cleaning process, where there are heavy or delicate stains as an example, red wine, blood, biro or texta ink, these will require specialist treatment. This will be done at the customer’s request and will incur an additional cost. Please discuss this with our operator prior to the commencement of work.
We agree to clean your carpets to the best of our ability using the most up to date technology and cleaning methods. However some resoiling and stains are not removable during the normal cleaning process.
Results are dependent on the fibre, cleaning frequency, any spot cleaning techniques, traffic and age of stain. We cannot accept responsibility for any residue left from previous cleaners. In some instances these faults will become evident only through the professional cleaning process.
Payment
STRICTLY: Payment by cash or electronic funds transfer (EFT) on completion of work.
Cancellation Policy
In the event cancellations are made less than 24 hrs prior to commencement of work, a minimum $120 fee will be demanded with future bookings.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clean Cut Melbourne and its licensors.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
